Spot Bitcoin, Ether ETFs See $3.5 Billion Outflow In Novemb…

November 15, 2025 0 By CardanoNews

Spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are experiencing significant outflows, impacting investor sentiment in the cryptocurrency market. Data from SoSoValue indicates that spot Bitcoin ETFs have lost liquidity for three consecutive days, with November 13 marking the worst session in nearly nine months, resulting in a $1.6 billion outflow in just three days.

Overall, spot Bitcoin ETFs have lost $2.33 billion in November, making it the second-worst outflow month on record. The worst month remains February 2025, with $3.56 billion in combined outflows triggered by a drop in Bitcoin (BTC) from $105,000 to $84,000.

Ethereum spot ETFs are performing even worse, showing red figures for four consecutive days. Since October 27, these funds have only registered one positive trading session, with $1.24 billion lost so far in November, marking the worst month for these funds.

The market uncertainty in the U.S. is affecting both Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Investor expectations following the lifting of the U.S. government shutdown have not been met.

Bitcoin’s price has fallen below a six-month low, reaching $94,175, a 13.3% decline in the last month. While Bitcoin trades 24.8% below its all-time high, corrections of 35-45% are typically considered healthy in bull markets.

Ethereum (ETH) has also faced pressure, touching a 24-hour low of $3,070, the lowest level seen since mid-July.

Spot ETFs tracking XRP, Solana (SOL), and Litecoin (LTC) have not yet absorbed liquidity outflows from the larger funds. Notably, the XRP ETF by Canary Capital saw a record-breaking $243 million inflow during its first trading session.

The total market capitalization of the cryptocurrency market is down 0.74% today.
