Binance prepares to apply for FCA approval to enter the market in the UK

Changpeng Zhao (Binance founder and CEO) announced that he is preparing to apply for approval from the FCA to offer its wide range of products in the UK. FCA said Binance was operating without permission in the UK and warned about it. It is seen that Binance has started to work on this issue.

Following the opening of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Changpeng Zhao said in a statement that Binance has recruited “a number of ex-regulatory staff and several hundred compliance workers from the UK”. “We want to continue to have a presence in the UK and to serve UK users in a fully licensed and fully compliant manner,” he said.
